Refund policy

At The Decor Gift Shop, we believe every piece we sculpt should bring a sanctuary of light into your home. We offer a 30-day return window, allowing you 30 days from the date of reception to ensure your vessel harmonizes with your space.

ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, your vessel must remain in its original sculpted form—unused, pristine, and in the same condition you received it. It must be housed in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

INITIATING A RETURN
To begin the return ritual, please contact our studio at manjinder@thedecorgiftshop.co.nz.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to our studio. Vessels sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

PERSONALIZED ARTIFACTS (EXEMPTIONS)
Please note that custom-sculpted products, such as our Personalized Litho-Vessels and special orders, are unique to your memories and cannot be returned or refunded. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY & DAMAGES
We take immense pride in our 3D-printing precision. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the vessel is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item, contact us immediately at manjinder@thedecorgiftshop.co.nz so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The swiftest way to transition to a new piece is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for your new selection.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The vessel must be in its original, pristine condition and packaging.

REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your returned vessel, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process the transaction.
