THE JOURNEY OF THE VESSEL

At The Decor Gift Shop, we do not mass-produce. Every LumiSpiral and Litho-Vessel is a unique artifact, meticulously 3D-printed and hand-finished in our Hamilton, New Zealand studio.

THE SCULPTING PHASE (PROCESSING)

Because each piece is born from thousands of micro-layers, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the sculpting and quality-assurance ritual before your order is dispatched. During peak seasonal periods or for complex custom lithophanes, this phase may extend slightly. We will notify you the moment your vessel is ready to begin its journey.

DOMESTIC DISPATCH (NEW ZEALAND)

We utilize premium local couriers to ensure your vessel arrives safely at your sanctuary.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days once dispatched.

  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 2 business days for remote locations.

  • Courier Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your destination within Aotearoa.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT (AUSTRALIA & WORLDWIDE)

We ship our artifacts globally, sharing the New Zealand craft with the world.

  • Australia: 5–10 business days once dispatched.

  • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days depending on your location.

  • Please note: International transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international commissions, the recipient is the importer of record. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The Decor Gift Shop has no control over these atmospheric variables and cannot predict their cost.

TRACKING YOUR RADIANCE

Once your vessel has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can follow the journey of your light in real-time as it moves from our hands to yours.

TITLE AND RISK

The title and risk of loss for all artifacts pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. While we are not liable for transit delays or carrier errors, should your vessel arrive with structural damage, please refer to The Vessel Guarantee (Refund Policy) to initiate a resolution.
