THE TERMS OF THE RITUAL

THE PRELUDE

Welcome to The Decor Gift Shop. Within these pages, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Decor Gift Shop. We operate this digital gallery to provide you with a curated journey through our sculpted artifacts (the “Services”).

By interacting with our studio or commissioning a vessel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Ritual. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the sanctity and security of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your sole responsibility. You may not transfer or sell your account to another party.

SECTION 2 - THE ARTIFACTS

We strive for architectural precision in our 3D-printed vessels. However, due to the digital translation of light and the organic nature of our bio-polymers, slight variations in texture, color, and shadow projection may occur. We do not warrant that the physical artifact will exactly mirror the rendering on your screen.

All descriptions and pricing of our vessels are subject to change without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any series or limit the quantities of any artifact offered.

SECTION 3 - THE COMMISSION (ORDERS)

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your commission is not accepted until our studio confirms it. We must process your payment before an order is finalized. Once accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Your purchases are intended for personal, non-commercial use and are not for resale or export. Returns are governed strictly by our Vessel Guarantee.

SECTION 4 - VALUATION AND BILLING

Prices for our artifacts are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or import duties unless explicitly stated. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all commissions. You represent that you are authorized to use your chosen payment method and that all charges incurred will be honored.

SECTION 5 - THE JOURNEY (SHIPPING)

Shipping and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the artifact is transferred to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Decor Gift Shop, its logos, designs, 3D textures, and cinematic content are the intellectual property of our studio or our licensors. These Terms permit you to use our Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, modify, or republish any material from our studio without prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide access to optional third-party tools (such as payment or tracking apps) "as is" and without warranty. Use of these tools is at your own risk. Similarly, links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Decor Gift Shop is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases made in our Store are made directly with The Decor Gift Shop. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and The Decor Gift Shop, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with The Decor Gift Shop.

SECTION 9 - FEEDBACK & COMMUNION

If you provide suggestions or reviews (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such Feedback. We have no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence or pay compensation for it.

SECTION 10 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, our digital gallery may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding product availability or pricing. We reserve the right to correct these errors and update information or cancel orders if inaccurate data exists, even after an order has been submitted.

SECTION 11 - PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may use our Services for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the Services to:

• Infringe upon our intellectual property or the rights of others.

• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or misleading information.

• Harass, disparage, or harm any individual.

• Scrape or crawl our digital gallery for unauthorized data collection.

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to our Services.

SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our Services and artifacts are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that your use of our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

SECTION 13 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no case shall The Decor Gift Shop, our partners, directors, or employees, nor Shopify and its affiliates, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our Services or artifacts.

SECTION 14 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New Zealand for any disputes arising from these Terms.
